Big bass and crappie are moving in.  Just had fish tacos from the crappie...excellent!

Nice catch.

South Texas is currently in the grips of a sever drought.  One Ranch I work with, had 4000 Nilgai in the 2012 survey.  Two weeks ago, the 2013 survey estimated only 1400 Nilgai.  When you drive the ranch, you can find multiples of dead carcasses, and several animals unable to stand or walk.  We need rain.

It's sad to see these animals starve to death.

The Oryx are on the edge, and our Whitetail are suffering as well.

Droughts suck.
