it's just a trip 000 POS but Doog, steveO and bigzzz were pushin' it...had its moment in the sun on Wed and thurs...volume has shriveled up to nothing today after 600 Mil on wednesday...

altho they filed for a Nevada gaming license...was PR'd a week or so ago I think...if that comes thru it could pop...fins don't look bad, should probably be trading in the .0015--.002 range   OS is up there  1.4 or 1.5 Billion I think

back on March 13th 505 Mil traded at .0001 so that gang probably loaded up fer the push

i'm bid-shittin on it at .0002 today strictly as a lotto play

at about 2:30pm today .0003 ask started getting WHOMPED so I changed my order and got in at 3...BA now 3x4

fins should be out soon and if the Nevada gaming license is approved this could run hard

but like i said...strictly a lotto play

then will you learn the game."

BFHJ is getting very appealing!!!!  Insane volume. I bought in at .0005. Give it a look. Their Nevada gaming license comes back approved and this one will blow thru the roof

agreed!  i originally bought this last week at .0003 just fer a quick flip but gonna stick around fer a while to see how this plays out...the ask dropped from 53 Mil to 18 mil a few seconds after the bell today...not sure if that was Mms setting the BA higher for overnight or what...but tomorrow/rest of the week could be interesting

582Mil traded today...and the .0005 ask got slammed all afternoon with only 3 sells at 4

and yer right...if that approval comes thru this could be a 1 day 10-bagger!!!

If those valuations are even close to correct then this is a steal.  Could be worth a $200 gamble .. pun intended!

Beneficial Holdings Inc. (BFHJ), Casino And Gaming MOU & Advisor

LAS VEGAS, April 25, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Beneficial Holdings Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ) is pleased to announce that it has commenced negotiations to finalize a binding Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to acquire a significant interest in a domestic US operating company involved in gaming and casino interests. Also, it is in the midst of final negotiation to engage an advisor for its activity in the casino and gaming activities. The intention is to have such operation as part of a domestic gaming division alongside the future energy division for which an MOU is currently in the midst of being finalized as well and advisor engaged. In addition, there are intentions to form two other divisions with which there will be a level of synergy that will bode well for the future.
Gregory N. Senkevitch, President and CEO states, "We believe it important to have a well-balanced company comprised of domestic operations that will be somewhat unaffected by the cycles of the economy. Our vision includes energy, gaming, beverage and value added real estate. Each division, in its own right, shall have the fundamentals that would make it both profitable and stable with a path to future growth in earnings and appreciated value. All should be in a position to commence generation of returns to investors without the risk of having to wait very long for licensing or production. We are in the midst of assessing our opportunities for each segment of our prospective business plan."

The Company's prior management had filed financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011 and a request was made for further clarification by current management. We appreciate their having responded by filing an amendment and we will review such information to determine if it is consistent with what might be expected of a company interested in full compliance, in the future, with United States generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements.

"Beneficial Holdings Inc. is currently known as a casino investment holdings company, specializing in acquiring undervalued gaming assets. Prior to coming on board, expectations were that the company would grow through acquisitions, strategic alliances and entrepreneurial investments. The intention is to deliver exactly that," according to Senkevitch.

Best regards,

The Management of BFHJ

I have seen this holdings company pop up from time to time......but never DD it.

For some reason, "holdings" companies never strike me to look into them at any length.

I'll look into it.
