The ref's made two bad calls against ND in the first half.  The first was calling a pass reception out of bounds that was clearly not, on the slow mo replay.  Second, was calling interference with the receiver on the subsequent  punt.  Those two calls changed the whole mood of the game in my opinion.

Manti T'ao never got into the groove, and the whole defense suffered from it.

That said, Alabama is good at what they do, but A&M managed to beat them, let's see what  Bama brings to the field next year.

True, I agree with you 100% that a few early bad calls can completely shift morale and momentum.......PLUS, I HATE those LOONG layoffs from the time the season ends till the Bowl game...cannot deny that someone was going to be rusty and a step behind.....it all snowballed against ND

Yeah, that's why we've won the national title how many years in a row?

1) having referees on the payroll clearly helps

2) I recognized some of those Tide players from this season's Jaguars,Dolphins, and Buccaneers games

3) sec teams have to get to the bcs bowl game in order to pay the players

4)successful sec coaches are poached from the big 10

5)sec= Stolen Every Coach

1)  If we had the ref's on the payroll I'm pretty sure my Gators would have won.

2)  If we'd paid some NFL players to play, don't you think we'd pick better teams to pull them from?

3)  Nah, our alumnus do that.

4)  Spurrier wasn't stolen, so that disproves your whole argument.

Don't hate.

agreed, those bad calls didn't help, but that just wasnt the same nd team i watched all year...bama won, they were the better team, they deserve it...now nd knows what level they need to be at...i don't think golson is the answer, throw tommy rees in the mix, gunner kiel, something has to give...kiel has the best gun of an arm between the 3...will be interesting to see what kelly does there...
